Research
The
Board has developed its research capacity to provide to the
public, policy makers and other stakeholders, better information
about the operation of the legal aid system.
Policy
publications include:
- 2007 Applicant and Opponent surveys. This survey was to get the views of applicants and opponents to inform legal aid practices and procedures. Read the summary research findings report.

Research into public views towards awareness of legal aid, if people think they are eligible and where they would go to find out more information about legal aid. Read the research report.
