External Paintwork

The Scottish Legal Aid Board have a contractual requirement to paint the external areas of our buildings at 38 – 44 Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh.  This includes all doors, window frames, metal railings, rhones & downpipes, flag poles, and other minor areas.

Our building comprises six sequential main door addresses, each with a basement area and four additional floors.

Scaffolding and mobile access equipment will be required and the work must be completed within 30 days from the date of work commencing.

The Board therefore seek expressions of interest and dependant on the number of interested parties, a pre qualification programme may be the first stage in the process, otherwise a tender package will be issued inviting bids for this work.
