Guidance and training manuals available to staff on legal aid cases and accounts issues

We will be publishing guidance and training manuals for staff published since July 1999, and on this page you can read an index of what information has been published.

This information classes provides information for staff on procedures to follow for some operational areas not covered by guidance issued to the profession. It is very technical and detailed, and is only intended for Board use; for example, information that explains what has to be input into our computer systems. General information on our procedures is included in other publications, such as the Scottish Legal Aid Handbook.
