This information provides information for staff on procedures to follow for some operational areas not covered by guidance issued to the profession. It is very technical and detailed, and is only intended for Board use; for example, information that explains what has to be input into our computer systems. General information on our procedures is included in other publications, such as the Scottish Legal Aid Handbook.
