Viewers Some files on this site are not in pdf format but as word processor, spradsheet or presentation files in Microsoft format. If you do not have this software, you can download these viewers which will enable you to read the information we have published. Microsoft Word Viewer (DOC files) Microsoft Word is a word processor/ document authoring
program. Other word processors may be able to open MS Word files,
although they may show formatting or page layout slightly differently. Microsoft Excel Viewer: Spreadsheet Files (XLS files) We present some spreadsheat information (e.g. statistics) in Excel 97 format. You may be able to open Excel files in other spreadsheet programs, although some formatting may differ. If you do not have Microsoft Excel, then a free viewer program is available from the Microsoft website. Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2003 (PPT files) PowerPoint is a "slideshow" presentation program. If you do not have Microsoft PowerPoint, then a free viewer program is available from the Microsoft web site.
