To get started using Legal Aid Online, you can register your details below, but first here is some useful information about using our service.
Getting started
Getting online is quick and easy. No additional software or downloads are required - all you need is internet access (using broadband is highly recommended).
We currently offer training using an online learning pack. This is fully supported with a dedicated training helpline.
Should the online learning pack not meet all of your training needs, you should get in touch with our online marketing team to discuss other training options.
Firm Administrator
The first thing you will have to do is identify a “Firm Administrator” for your firm, or branch. The Firm Administrator will be responsible for administering the online users for your firm, including:
- creating all the other users for the firm or branch
- ensuring all users have access to and carry out the relevant modules on the online training package.
- carrying out any additions/amendments to your firm’s online users in the future.
- administering passwords.
Your Firm Administrator will receive full training how to do this from our online training package.
Please note that although you may have more than one Firm Administrator, we recommend you limit this as a security measure.
