Practitioner information - civil legal assistance practitioners

Reforms to civil legal assistance were introduced on 1 October 2003. Firms who undertake civil legal assistance must be registered with the Board.

Currently there is a draft register and a full registration process will come into effect from 1 April 2004. Information on the registration process will be posted here in 2004. For information on provisional registration, refer to our section of information about civil reform.
