Quality Assurance schemes

Solicitors registered to provide legal aid services are subject to a quality assurance scheme.

This means that periodically their work is reviewed by a peer reviewer - another solicitor trained to do quality assurance reviews.

The Criminal and Children's Quality Assurance schemes are managed by us.
