A local authority can seek an exclusion orders in term of S76 to S80 of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995. A children’s Reporter is not involved in such orders.
If your client receives intimation of such an order then it is an application for CIVIL legal aid, and associated special urgency work, if appropriate, that you need to make. The appropriate civil category code to be used is CEXC.
