Applications for a change of solicitor are normally dealt with on a daily basis. Where it is made clear that an application must be dealt with urgently, we will try to make a decision as soon as possible

Requests for reconsideration

There is no formal right of reconsideration of refusal of an application for a change of solicitor. However, if you have additional information you wish to provide provided you can submit a re-consideration on-line (provided the case has not concluded).
