The following paragraphs prescribe fees for a number of items of written work which may be payable in addition to a hearing fee.
These are set at standard rates that cannot be increased or decreased.
This is the fee payable for the drafting of a devolution or compatibility minute.
This requires a distinct grant of legal aid in terms of regulation 4(1)(g) of the Criminal Legal Aid (Scotland) Regulations 1996.
This is one of the exceptions referred to in the guidance above and is the fee payable where the opinion is restricted to an application under section 94(2A) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995.
