Step 3 - MFA goes live. Using ScotAccount to sign into LAOL

We have created these short videos to show you the process for signing into LAOL using ScotAccount once we go live with Multi-Factor Authentication.

The first video shows you how to sign in if you already have a ScotAccount. The second video shows you how to create a ScotAccount.

Creating a ScotAccount after go live

We have prepared the video below to show the process for registering with ScotAccount.

This assumes the ScotAccount is for a new user of LAOL.

If you are an existing user of LAOL, the process is the same - the difference being you will not have to accept the LAOL Terms & Conditions before entering your LAOL account.
