While you may find the process overwhelming, please don’t ignore our correspondence. If we know it will be difficult for you to provide a response, we can consider any adjustments we can make to help.

Our correspondence will contain the contact details of the team member who is carrying out the checks. Should you lose this correspondence, you can call our Assurance team on 0131 560 2108.
