Detailed fees for automatic children’s legal aid

Where automatic children’s legal aid is provided, under section 28C of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 your fees shall be calculated in accordance with Part 1, Schedule 3 of the Advice and Assistance (Scotland) Regulations 1996.
