There is no statutory or regulatory requirement for us to reconsider a sanction application we have refused or part granted. However, we will consider one review of the initial refusal or part grant, if you are responding to the stated reasons we gave for the decision to refuse or part grant. After that, unless there are new issues raised, we will not further consider the sanction application.
