Our role in identifying and avoiding duplication of work across high cost/complex civil cases

With dedicated members of staff following a case throughout its history, we aim to identify any unnecessary duplication of work.

If you disagree with a decision the staff member takes another staff member will consider any fresh request.

In some cases, we may seek an early meeting with you and counsel to discuss particular preparation and potential accounting issues.
