Where we have identified a potentially high cost case, we may contact SCRA and/or other parties to seek further procedural information about the case.

No information will be exchanged about:

  • The personal merits of the case
  • The facts and circumstances of the case itself

Any other parties can include the:

  • Safeguarder
  • Children 1st
  • Sheriff
  • Sheriff clerk
  • Scottish Court’s Service
  • Representatives taking part in the court proceeding in question
