Covid-19: Bank transfers rather than sending cheques

Could solicitors please electronically transfer any principal sums or expenses settlements instead of sending cheques during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Our offices are now closed and we will not be able to pick up cheques sent in the mail.

Making a bank transfer will help reduce the handling of paper and avoid any issues with the post.

Note: When making the transfer,  could you please include either the Legal Aid Reference Number (LARN) or the applicant’s full name.

If you have sent a cheque in the post to us since Monday, 22 March, please make contact with us.
