Covid-19: UPDATED – Bank transfers rather than sending cheques

Could solicitors please electronically transfer any principal sums, expenses settlements or overpayments of accounts instead of sending cheques during the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Our offices are now closed and there will be a delay in picking up cheques sent in the mail.

Making a bank transfer will help reduce the handling of paper and avoid any issues with the post.

Note: When making the transfer,  could you please include either the Legal Aid Reference Number (LARN) or the applicant’s full name.
