Please note: These hybrid arrangements were temporary and have now been replaced by permanent provisions. See our update and legal and guidance for full details of the new procedures for submitting interim claims on or after 1 October 2022.
In addition, you must now make an interim fee using these procedure where you propose to make a claim in a summary criminal fixed payment case where a warrant has been issued.
We put in place an extended interim payment process early in the Covid-19 pandemic to assist the profession during the crisis.
Please be aware that the measure is intended for all account types and you can submit claims every three months providing the claim is a second or a subsequent claim.
