We are uprating the family mediation A&A template from £720 to £900 with effect from today.
This follows the recent uprating of our case cost limits for civil legal aid.
The template grant will cover the applicant’s part of the cost of family mediation based on a charge of £52.60 per hour for the applicant’s one-half share, with any applicable VAT.
We are planning to make further improvements to our A&A templates, and details will be coming soon.
