Improvements to guidance on applications involving wider public interest

We have made some improvements to our guidance on applications for civil legal aid for cases involving a wider public interest.

The guidance provides more detail about our application requirements and will help you know what supporting material you should give us, to reduce the risk of us having to ask for more information after applications are submitted.

The new guide has been added to the Civil Time saving tips page. The guide has links to the full legal aid guidance.
