New guidance on Curators appointed in sheriff court family actions

We have added a new section of guidance on Curators appointed in sheriff court family actions.

The guidance outlines our requirements at the Applications and Accounts stages when a Curator is appointed.

It covers what is needed:

  • when a curator is appointed
  • when to seek advice from us in certain circumstances
  • before the curator commences work.

The new guidance is in the Legal Aid Guidance section of our website as Curators appointed in sheriff court family actions.
