We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised People Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality People & OD service across the organisation.

This role sits at the heart of the employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records and engagement activity. You’ll play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and colleagues receive a responsive and professional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity, including adverts, candidate communication and pre-employment checks
  • Managing onboarding processes, preparing documentation and setting up employee records
  • Supporting payroll processes, including maintaining accurate data and processing changes
  • Coordinating employee exit processes and updating systems and records
  • Supporting pension administration, including auto-enrolment and scheme notifications
  • Assisting with training coordination, Learning Management System administration and employee engagement activities
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and HR systems
  • Monitoring and responding to queries through the People inbox
  • Providing administrative support to People projects and formal processes, including note taking
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of People processes and services.

  • Good IT skills, including M365 and HR systems.
