Text size

You can increase the size of text by going to “View” in your toolbar at the top of the page then click on “text size” to choose your preference.

Using your keyboard to move around the website

  • Use the arrow keys on your keyboard to scroll up and down a page.
  • To jump from the top to the bottom of the pages use the page up and page down buttons.

Opening Word or Excel documents

If you do not have Microsoft Word or Excel you can download a free viewer from the Microsoft website (Viewers: Word or Excel).

Opening PDF documents

You will need to download Adobe Reader software from the Adobe website.
