How to register

If you are interested in being included in the court duty plan or would like more information about the scheme, please contact Tracy Brown, Duty Plans Officer, on 0131 240 1945 or by email.

Apply by completing the Court duty application form and return to Tracy Brown, with a copy of your practising certificate.

The court duty plans are published below and detail the duty rotas for all Sheriff and Justice of the Peace Courts in Scotland.
