FOI disclosures

We publish a disclosure log which details some of the requests for information that we have answered.
We publish responses that we think will be of the most interest to the public and do not generally include responses that are about specific cases or grants of legal aid.

We deal with requests for information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and occasionally the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
