A&A outlays and payment for expert reports: requirement of prior approval

You must have our approval to instruct an expert. This includes sufficient authorised expenditure to pay for a report if necessary. If we grant an increase under a template that does not include the cost of an expert, you still need our prior approval for the report. You may be able to apply using an additional template.

If you do not, even if we subsequently give our approval, we will abate the costs.
