Tables of fees available for civil advice and assistance

Schedule 3 of the regulations prescribes Tables of Fees for solicitors where payment is due from the Fund:

Part I – Table of Fees allowable to solicitors for ABWOR
In all civil matters this is a detailed Table of Fees.

Part II – Table of Fees allowed to solicitors for advice and assistance.This is a detailed Table of Fees with the exception of an inclusive/block fee for taking and drawing a precognition.

No outlays representing posts and incidents are allowed.
