Survey with suppliers of civil legal aid to inform reform – clarity as research continues

This is an update on the research being conducted on our behalf by social researchers, IFF.

A few people have been in touch with us with concerns about how they have been contacted, believing it was a direct representative from SLAB, rather than IFF researchers.

We have met with IFF to resolve this, and they have spoken with all the interviewers and clarified the wording being used on telephone calls.

This research aims to gain insights into the practicalities of supplying civil legal aid and gauge views to inform recommendations for Legal Aid Reform.

It will continue until early May and we are very grateful to all who have contributed their insights so far.
