Commencement Order No. 3 (1992)

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 46(2) of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

  1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 (Commencement No.3) Order 1992.
  2. Section 30 of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 shall come into force on 1 July 1992.
