We will be regularly updating and building on content for this section. Please contact us if you have suggestions for new training material.
You can request free training from our staff on the legal aid process, from applications through to accounts on civil, children's and criminal legal aid. We can provide training remotely over Teams/Zoom etc or in your office for individual solicitors, trainees, paralegals and support staff. We can also provide training to groups of firms, local bar associations and other interested parties. You are also welcome to attend our offices in Edinburgh if you prefer.
If you have any questions about training please contact Helen Bell E: bellhe@slab.org.uk
Otherwise, please complete this training request form to note your interest in organising a session with our staff. Your feedback on this training is also important to us.
