We have published our new three year Corporate Plan today.
The early part of the plan considers the future shape of our organisation in the aftermath of Covid-19 and how we will deliver our services in a way that is responsive to people’s needs and resilient to the impacts of operational constraints and future social, economic and technological change.
Central to the 2020-23 plan are a number of important building blocks:
Our vision: that the people of Scotland are confident that we provide fair and transparent access to funding for services that support the exercise and protection of their rights
Our mission: what we are here to do
Our corporate values and principles: how we shape our behaviour and actions. These will be built into both our day to day work and the specific activity we deliver as part of this plan
Our strategic objectives: what we will do to achieve our vision.
