The Law Society of Scotland are currently recruiting a non-solicitor to become a member of their Civil Legal Aid Quality Assurance Committee.
The Committee was created as part of the Quality Assurance Scheme in 2003, and is responsible for monitoring the work carried out by firms offering Civil Legal Assistance.
