System security downtime – essential maintenance

To keep our systems safe and secure we periodically need to carry out essential system maintenance.

We try to carry out this maintenance at times that cause the least inconvenience but apologies for any disruption this may cause.

System downtime

We are planning an update to our system over the weekend between Friday 1 and Monday 4 May and will need system downtime at the following times during this period:

• Friday 1 May between 6 and 10 pm
• Saturday 2 May between 10 and 11 pm.
• Sunday 3 May between 10 and 11 pm, this is standard downtime
• Monday 4 May between 10 and 11pm

The LAOL system will be unavailable at this time.

System Changes

As we upgrade to new components we are removing old technology from our systems. As a result, we will be gradually switching off the old View Case. When you try to complete an activity on the old View Case, you will be automatically directed to the new View Case.
