We’re hiring a Digital Business Analyst to support an ambitious Legal Aid Reform programme and drive our digital transformation. You’ll help design, develop, and continuously improve digital services by analysing business needs, identifying user requirements and delivering practical, evidence-based solutions.

Working in Agile, multidisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure services are efficient, user-focused, and aligned with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and analysing user and business needs to inform service design and system requirements
  • Facilitating workshops, interviews and discovery activities to gather and validate requirements
  • Documenting current and future processes, including gap analysis and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting Agile delivery through backlog refinement, prioritisation and iterative development
  • Assessing risks, dependencies and impacts of proposed changes
  • Analysing data to generate insight and support decision-making
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and digital teams
  • Communicating complex information clearly to a range of audiences
  • Contributing to service improvement, including opportunities for automation and AI.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in business analysis practices including research, modelling and problem definition
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Strong process mapping and workflow modelling skills
  • Experience working in Agile environments and understanding iterative delivery
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
