Commencement Order No. 2 (1987)

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 46 of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 (Commencement No.2) Order 1987.
2. The provisions of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 1986 (other than Part V and section 30), insofar as they are not already in force, shall come into force on 1 April 1987.
