Amy is an Advocate at the Scottish Bar and a member of Black Chambers who specialises in criminal and children’s law. She has practiced in both the public and private sectors as a criminal defence practitioner and as a Procurator Fiscal Depute, regularly appearing in courts throughout Scotland.
Amy brings substantial knowledge of Scots criminal law, and an understanding of how the criminal court system operates in practice to the Board.
