Tricia has over 25 years leadership experience in public, private and third sector organisations, supporting leadership teams to deliver successful strategic change. This has included mergers, acquisitions and most recently, working with a Scottish Charity to deliver 100% growth in three years.
She is Council Member of the Scottish Social Services Council as well as a member of their Audit and Assurance Committee.
