Children’s Hearings Scotland (CHS) and the Scottish Children’s Reporter Administration have published a refreshed Children’s Rights and Wellbeing Impact Assessment (CRWIA) for the children’s provisions in the Coronavirus (Scotland) Act 2020.
The document, which will be revisited again early in New Year ahead of any March extension, suspension or expiry of provisions, is available on the Children’s Hearings Improvement Partnership website.
