LAOL downtime scheduled for evening of Friday 25 March

Legal Aid Online (LOAL) will be unavailable between 5.30pm and 11pm on Friday 25 March.

This is to install the latest changes to the system, which includes:

    1. New home, search, notifications and admin pages on Legal Aid Online – an overview of these pages can be viewed through the short videos below
    2. Application of the latest 5% fee increase
    3. Enhancement to the Civil Account Synopsis page that auto fills the A&A LARN if completed at the initial application stage.

Apologies for any inconvenience this short period of inaccessibility may bring, as we continually try to minimise disruptions to the service at peak times.
