Firms wishing to take part in the Children’s Duty Plan to run from Monday 24 June 2019 to Sunday 21 June 2020 are invited to apply now.
You need to submit a duty application form by Friday 17 May. Please note that you need to do this even if you are included in the 2018/19 plan as there is no automatic transfer to the new plan for 2019/20.
The current Children’s Legal Assistance Duty Plan expires on Sunday 23 June 2019.

You can submit an application form by post or complete a digital version and email it to us along with a copy of each solicitor’s practicing certificate, which can be obtained from the members area of the Law Society’s website.
All solicitors named in the application form require to be PVG registered and to have SLAB recorded on their PVG record as a Registered Body.
