Legal Aid Online (LAOL) will be unavailable from 5.30pm – 11pm today to allow us to implement the latest changes to the system.
As with any large deployment issues can arise and we want to ensure minimal disruption to the service.
To help with known issues and any others that may emerge we have set up the ‘Legal Aid Online: ongoing issues and workarounds’ section on our website.
Where necessary we will add any issues raised through the SLAB Helpdesk for this implementation and future ones.
Please refer to the Legal Aid Online: ongoing issues and workarounds section if you have any issues and report to the Helpdesk as usual.
