Reminder: new online screens for new accounts from 31 March
Thursday, Mar 17, 2016
We have now fully rolled out the accounts phase 1 products. This update provides details of how to access the guidance materials and what to do if you require further assistance.
We previously notified the profession that the phase 1 accounts products were being fully rolled out.
This is a reminder that from 31 March 2016 you will be directed to use the new screens to create new accounts for phase 1 products.
For the time being, you will still be able to use the current screens to complete and submit accounts that are currently in draft format, or to finalise accounts where you have previously claimed an interim payment.
How do I access the new screens?
When you log on to LAOL you will now see a new tab ‘Accounts’ selecting this tab will give you access to the new account screens.
We strongly recommend you start using the new screens as soon as possible before the deadline and in particular use the screens if you are starting the process of drafting a new account.
We have set up a guidance section on our website where you will be able to access training videos and interactive PDFs for the products being fully rolled out, as well as the Pilot 2 products.
Please open this page and bookmark it so that you are able to access it easily whenever necessary. A link to the guidance section has also been added to the LAOL login screen.
Webinars are available for the products rolled out in phase 1. These are also available for the phase 2 products for firms participating in the pilot.
For further information or to arrange a webinar, please contact: Christine Connerton, Digital Services Marketing Officer: email@example.com
