Survey on Keycards

Monday, Jan 18, 2016

We are reviewing the content and format of the Keycards as part of our ongoing commitment to providing reliable and practical guidance.

To ensure that we are making this information available in a way that suits yours needs as a user we have prepared a short survey to get your views.

The answers to the survey are anonymous, unless you provide identifying information we will not be able to tell who has taken part. It should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey. The deadline for submissions is Friday 29 January.

We currently issue two Keycards each year, one for Advice and Assistance and Civil legal Aid and the other for Children’s Legal Assistance (where advice or representation is being given about proceedings under the Children’s Hearings Act (Scotland) Act 2011).

The Keycards provide details of financial eligibility limits, information about contributions and clawback in advice and assistance, civil and children’s legal aid and are issued annually, covering a period from April to the following March.
