Case Management System Update - standing data now available

Monday, Feb 01, 2016

As part of our Accounts re-development project, we are committed to providing a Case Management integration solution. This will allow case management suppliers to upgrade their case management systems.

In September last year, we released an updated high level specification, the table structures required for standing data and an entity relationship diagram (ERD).

We explained then that the standing data would be released shortly after. Since work on the online accounts re-write was ongoing we thought it prudent to wait until our table structures had stabilised and the number of amendments we make reduced as we continue with our development.

We have now contacted the case management suppliers on our database and advised them that the standing data required to do this has now been released and is available in the following xml files that equate to the tables in the ERD.

If you use a case management system, and if you haven’t done so already, could you please give us the details of your case management supplier using the contact details below.

Your case management supplier will require the details that we release to upgrade their system to integrate with our account products.

A minor change has been made from the previously released data format in that all dates are in YYYY-MM-DD format.

We would like to hear from you with any feedback. If you have questions about the development or would like to discuss any details, please contact us on the details below:
